With an aim to expand its entry-level C-series smartphones, China-based Realme launched the Realme C55 in India last month. Now, it seems the company is working on launching a new C-series smartphone soon, the Realme C53. Tipster Mukul Shamra has shared that the upcoming smartphone with the model number RMX3760 has passed Thailand’s NBTC approval.

Earlier, the model was spotted at several certification platforms, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Europe’s Energy efficiency certificates (EEC), and Indonesia’s Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN). Let us take a look at the known details about the Realme C53.

Realme C53 NBTC certification

  • The NBTC is an independent state agency. It issues licenses and establishes regulations for the use of radio frequencies and equipment in telecommunications and radio communications services.
  • Following the NBTC’s standards and technical requirements ensures that users receive products and services that are of high quality, effective, timely, reliable, and fair.
  • As per the listing, the Realme RMX3760 will debut as the Realme C53, and it will be a 4G smartphone.
  • A few earlier speculations suggested that the Realme RMX3760 would be introduced as part of the Realme 11 series. However, that seems to be untrue.
  • The FCC listing has previously confirmed the existence of a 5,000mAh battery pack inside the smartphone.
  • The phone will have 33W SuperVOOC support for fast charging.
  • Currently, no other details are available about the upcoming Realme C53.

Last month, the company launched the Realme C55 in India, which comes with iPhone 14 Pro-like ‘Mini Capsule,’ at a starting price of Rs 10,999. We expect that the Realme C53 might be priced similarly in India.

On the other hand, the company has confirmed that it will launch the Realme 11 series in China on May 10th. The series will include Realme 11, Realme 11 Pro, and Realme 11 Pro+. These smartphones are expected to be launched for Indian consumers soon after their China release.
